Millions of back pain sufferers go to general medical doctors every year for back pain. Millions more go to chiropractors and physical therapists. But they all have one thing in common.

Their back pain doesn’t stop. Many have one more thing in common. They continue going back to them anyway, wasting billions of dollars a year on ineffective and often dangerous treatments..

The medical profession has a dirty little secret they don’t want anyone to know about. They don’t cure anything. Especially back pain.

The truth is that any healing your body does it does on its own. That includes healing itself of back pain once you take proper steps to fix the cause. It doesn’t come in a pill bottle.

It takes common sense stretching and moderation in exercise that is not taught in the pharmaceutical controlled medical schools. Don’t get me wrong. The doctors all mean well, but they just don’t have the only tool required to do the job.

That tool is your body and it is the only healing tool available for itself. It needs to be stretched and exercised in a way that allows the problems to correct themselves.. And it will do so a lot faster than you might think is possible.

It’s time for you to stop relying on doctors to do what only you can do.
Why not consider the choice you may have ignored up until now. You. It’s your body and your pain. And best of all it can be done very quickly and safely in the comfort of your own home.

Millions of people suffer back pain in America. But very few have asked themselves who should fix their back problems for them.

Instead, they almost hypnotically go to the doctor because that is what has been beaten into the greater consciousness through advertising. If it hurts, you should go to a doctor. That’s what we have been fed out entire lives without realizing it is the medical profession themselves making the recommendation.

Is that any different than Walmart saying we that if we run out of toilet paper we should run to Walmart or Sams Club to get some? I don’t believe it there is a nickels worth of difference between that and the medical profession recommending a doctors visit for common back pain. If there is any difference at all, it is that doctors know they can’t cure your problem and Walmart knows that Sams has toilet paper.

So ask yourself today, “Who should fix my back pain”. Look at the record and decide.

The medical profession is directly responsible for hundreds of thousands of deaths every year. These people would still be alive today if they had only stayed home. It may not even be worth the risk if they could stop your pain, but it is certainly not worth it when you know you will not be cured before you ever go in.

Maybe you think a chiropractor should do it for you. They actually can if given enough time and money. The treatments are fast and effective if you find the right one. But what if you don’t?

Why not consider the choice you may have ignored up until now. You. It’s your body and your pain. And best of all it can be done very quickly and safely in the comfort of your own home.

Who should fix your back pain? I think the answer is obvious.

If back pain is ruining your life, you are not alone. And like many of your fellow back pain sufferers, you have probably been to a doctor about your pain. But if you haven’t been to a doctor yet, it is a near certainty that one day the pain will drive you there. That is, if you don’t do something about it.

When it comes to treating your pain, a doctor may not be your best option. Of course, those in the medical profession will disagree. Their jobs depend on your belief that they alone can treat your pain.

As long as you believe the medical profession is the only place to turn, you will be in pain. You will not do the things you need to do because you do not believe they will help you.

The truth is that the medical profession cannot deal with common back pain any more than it can cure a common cold. Your body must resolve these problems on its own. It is your job, one often left to doctors, to provide your body what it needs to heal.

In the case of back pain, it needs straight stretching and flexing exercises. A small amount of exercise over a short period, and a rest period so the body can heal the damage undone by the exercise. If you follow the exercises with mild inversion, you can be pain free in what will seem looking back as very little time.

The first step is to stop relying on those in the medical profession who have proven they cannot cure your pain. The next step is to commit to curing your back pain on your own.

It’s your back pain, you can fix it.

If you are ready to fix your own back pain, let me show you the fastest way.

If you are hurting right now, you are probably not wondering what causes low back pain as much as what cures it. I know because I suffered with debilitating low back pain for years.

To answer the question “What causes low back pain?”, it depends on how far back you want to look. The truth is, whatever it is causing the pain now is not what started it.

All back pain is rooted in misshaped disc, which usually end up pressing against nerves. The medical profession calls the ruptured, herniated, and an assortment of other things. They are all one and the same, for practical purposes.

All disc get misshaped over time (because we take no preventive measures) by gravity and bad posture. Both of these forces must be countered if you want to rid yourself of the pain.

First, learn the correct posture. For sitting, keep your back straight and your shoulders back. For standing, tighten your abs a little, tighten your gluts (butt muscles) a bit, and pull your shoulders back.

To correct your posture long term, all you need to do is make a frequent, conscious effort, to put your body in the right position. In no time at all, you will be correcting your posture without even thinking about it.

As for what causes low back pain as you feel it now, it is the culmination of years of uncorrected abuse. There are exercises that can help, and I will show you two in just a moment.

Remember, you are feeling years of neglect. It will not go away overnight, and it will not go away on its own. But with the right attitude and tools it will go away.

Get the tools now.

The Lose the Back Pain System is an at home back pain treatment program that claims to end back pain by correcting muscular imbalance through stretching specific muscles. The system consists of 2 Videos, 3 Audios, and a 117 page Ebook in PDF format, all of which is downloadable from the site.

The system claims to have helped thousands of people overcome their chronic back pain. I have no reason to doubt that claim because back pain is easy to cure. But I disagree with the premise upon which the system is built.

The claim is that back pain is caused by muscular imbalances, which throw the spine out of alignment. I think they have it backwards. The misalignment of the spine causes the muscular imbalance.

Either way, addressing one will correct the other. The important thing is to get everything stretched to the point that a natural and correct posture can be achieved. That requires not only a stretch of the muscles, but also of the soft tissues in the lower back.

Without this stretch it is impossible for the disc to regain their natural (pain free) shape because your body is fighting against it. You have to force it to cooperate by doing straight extension and flexing exercises.

While the Lose the Back Pain System is very well done, I believe it greatly overcomplicates the issue and makes the road to recovery a bit longer. You have to spend so much time going over the system that it becomes time consuming.

I assure you that you can beat your back pain and make it go completely away. That’s right, you can be totally pain free and I am living proof.

While I think the Lose the Back Pain System is good and will provide the relief it promises, there are easier and cheaper ways to about it.

There is an ebook called Cure Your Own Back Pain that is 50 bucks cheaper and will accomplish the same thing with far less time and effort.

It is your body. It is your pain. And it is your responsibility to take the corrective measures to heal the first and end the second. All it takes are simple extension and flexing exercises, some mild inversion if possible, and an exercise to strengthen your back to support the corrections.

At this stage of history, we are born in a hospital and from the time we are old enough to understand TV we are told to go to the doctor for anything and everything, including low back pain and the common cold.

We are suggestively sold over priced and dangerous prescription drugs for non existent problems through repeated television advertisements that change tone and volume when the deadly side effects are covered.

Yet the same medical and pharmaceutical industries who endlessly pound these things into the collective thought process are directly responsible for the deaths of over 700,000 people a year. Those are all people who would have lived if they had only stayed home.

In Feb. 2009, my father became a victim of the deadly side effects of a new blood pressure medication his so-called “doctor” wanted to “try“. The doctors are quite aware that the side effects will not happen to them, so what’s the big deal if death is included among them.

For the vast majority of doctors, the only weapon they possess are these potentially deadly drugs. In most cases, the treatment is worse than the problem. So to help you avoid the risk, I submit to you for thought that back pain is not a medical issue. Millions will testify to the fact that the doctors cannot cure back pain.

There is nothing that a doctor can fix in the vast majority of back pain cases, and 100% of those not caused by traumatic injury or accident. What I cannot answer is why people continue to go to the doctor when their back hurts.

Listen to your body. It is asking for your help, not some drug that will work against it so you can continue to be lazy. There is nothing else a doctor can give you. Covering up the problem will only make it worse down the road.

What your body really needs and wants is a little bit of exercise that will undo the damage you have allowed to occur over time. It wants you to fix the damage that causes the pain so it can stop hurting you.

Only you can give your body what it needs. By treating back pain as a medical problem and leaving it in the hands of a doctor, your risk your life for something that offers no benefits.

It is your body. It is your pain. And it is your responsibility to take the corrective measures to heal the first and end the second. All it takes are simple extension and flexing exercises, some mild inversion if possible, and an exercise to strengthen your back to support the corrections.

It’s so easy a doctor could do it. But only if it were his pain.

Low back pain is not a

The chiropractor assured me he could eventually stop all of the pain. But he already had all of my money and without insurance I couldn’t afford the additional treatments. Not to mention the “adjustments” I would need for the rest of my life.

Back pain affects millions of people all over the world. For many people it is a chronic, everyday thing. I personally suffered chronic daily back pain for over 10 years, and another ten years or so of painful back episodes spread out over time before that.

Finally, my back “went out” to the point that I could not even stand up straight. My x-ray looked like a snake, not a spine.

After 500 dollars with a chiropractor and a couple of weeks off of work, I was able to regain enough movement to resume what I had of a life.

The chiropractor assured me he could eventually stop all of the pain. But he already had all of my money and without insurance I couldn’t afford the additional treatments. Not to mention the “adjustments” I would need for the rest of my life.

But in the end, what I gained from the chiropractor was just what I needed. He had said he could relieve all of the pain in time. I figured if he could do it, so could I. The only problem was that I didn’t really know how.

The first thing I did was to get my inversion table out of storage and try to use it again. It met with the storage building because I didn’t know what I was doing and ended up worse off than when I started.

It is really cool to see those people hanging upside down and doing crunches on the inversion table commercials. But if someone with back problems tries to do that, well, their inversion table ends up in storage.

At the same time I recovered my inversion table, I also got a copy of Robin Mckenzies “7 Steps to a Pain Free Life”. It was about 15 bucks at Books a Million, and that was the last money I ever spent on my back problem.

It is not that the book stopped the pain. It was still there, but to a manageable degree. The book helped and I learned the exercises I needed to do to keep things from getting as bad as they were again.

At the same time, I began researching the use of an inversion table. I found they worked for a lot of people, but not for everyone. I needed to understand the reason they work for some people, but not for others.

I stumbled upon an article about a chiropractor who was using them in his practice. The article said he used them at very slight angles and kept the patient on it for about 10 to 15 minutes. He spoke of great success, and his office was reported as one of the leading referrers to an inversion table store.

I began to realize that between the Mckenzie book and the inversion table I had all of the tools I needed to end my back pain once and for all. With that knowledge, I started to consider exactly what I needed to do to make it happen.

When doing the Mckenzie exercises, after some time of doing them my pain would change. It was not the centralizing of the back pain discussed in the book. It was an entirely new pain.

I determined that I had most likely overdone the stretching and caused additional damage. So I stopped the exercises and improved over the next couple of weeks by doing nothing at all.

I also determined that when I had used my inversion table in the past, I had also overdone that by going back too far, too fast. Again, my “treatments” were doing additional damage while not allowing the original damage to heal.

Somewhere in between doing nothing and doing too much was the cure for my back pain. But where, and how could I find out what was too much and what was not enough?

I knew if I did what the Mckenzie book said for too long, I would just hurt more. I knew that if I overdid inversion I would get the same result. At the same time I also knew that if I didn’t do enough I would not get better.

I decided to make an attempt at devising my own back pain cure that would use both mild inversion and minimal exercise. The goal was to ensure that I did neither to the point of additional damage.

I didn’t really know it at the time, but one of the absolute keys to stopping chronic back pain is to make sure you do not do any further damage with the treatment you choose.

If your back hurts, it is because there is damaged tissue. You cannot do exercises that have the potential to do further damage. That includes putting too much stretch on them by over inverting yourself.

Once I learned to respect my back pain, I never again did additional damage. In fact, I designed my cure to ensure that I could not do any additional damage.

With everything I knew about back pain, here is the outline I came up with to cure my back pain.

First, I recognized that my posture was the root cause of all of the problems. I made a conscious effort to sit and stand correctly as much as possible.

In order to correct your posture, you have to understand what the goal is. Sitting and standing straight is not the goal. It is the result.

The goal of good posture is to keep your spine out of stressful positions. Your back has a range of motion just like everything else. If you stay at the extremes, such as bending over or hyper extending your back, for too long your body will let you know it.

Your spine has a natural curve to it. The goal of good posture is to identify that natural curve and try to keep it intact for as much of the time as possible.

Correcting your posture is essential in stopping your back pain. If you don’t make the effort to maintain the proper curve in your back, you will be fighting against your body. Every day, you will undo the work you have done the day before. The inevitable result is chronic back pain.

Correcting you posture is the first step to permanently eliminating your back pain. If you are not willing to work on that you are wasting your time doing anything else.

The next step in the treatment was to undo some of the damage and allow it to heal. For that, I used a single extension exercise done three times a day for three days, followed by two days of rest.

I immediately noticed that the most improvement happened during the resting days. I came to understand that it was during the days of rest that the healing was happening, not during the exercise.

That is a principle that comes from bodybuilding. People used to think that they built muscle while lifting the weights, but later science revealed that the exercises actually caused damage to the muscle.

It was during the healing process, or rest, that the muscle grew bigger and stronger because of the workout. Keep that in mind anytime you have damage to any part of your body.

After a round of extension exercise and the two days of rest, I decided to add another exercise. A stress free forward stretch. I did it along with the extension exercise for another three days followed by two more resting days.

Much to my amazement the pain was almost gone after the two days of rest. I decided to wait a little longer to see if the remaining pain would go away with more rest.

Well, it didn’t. So I did the routine of flexing and extension again for three days, with two more of rest. I didn’t see a lot of improvement. The pain left over was mild compared to what I had already been through.

In comparison to what I felt before, I felt great. My back was still “sore” and weak, but there were no more sharp pains when I bent over. It was an improvement over what the chiropractor had been able to do with my 500 bucks.

I decided that my treatment needed a boost. I introduced the inversion table to the program. I would do my flexing and extending exercises which had substantially reduced the pain. The immediately after doing them , I would get on the inversion table at a mild angle for five to ten minutes.

After the five day cycle, three of the treatment and two for healing, the pain was as little as it had ever been in my memory. It was nothing but a mild muscle soreness.

I determined that it was lingering because of muscle weakness, and not any problem with my back or spine alignment. To overcome that, I added a dead lift exercise to the rest of the developing treatment.

To my amazement, I woke up absolutely pain free within a couple of days doing it. I had finally conquered all of the problems and the pain was totally gone.

At that point, I decided to continue on with my treatment one day a week as a preventive measure. I also did the extension exercise anytime my back felt tight, which was usually after being bent over for while or if I allowed my posture to get bad for a prolonged sitting at the computer.

Having been pain free for a couple of years now, I want to help everyone else do it too. So here is the generic prescription to help you do it.

1) Visit a chiropractor for an initial visit and xray. If he says he can stop your pain, you can do it yourself with this program.

2) Understand and correct your posture.

3) Do an extension exercise three times a day for three days, rest for two.

4) Add a flexing exercise and repeat the cycle.

5) Add MILD inversion and repeat the cycle.

6) Add a dead lift exercise for one final cycle.

7) Do the entire treatment once a week for maintenance.

That is all it takes to cure non traumatic back pain.

You will benefit most from your back pain treatment if you look at your efforts as an attempt to do what the chiropractor does. He knows he cannot cure you in a single visit. There is no reason to believe that you can with a single extension exercise.

With each exercise, in each cycle, your only goal is to take a small step towards improving the alignment of your spine and the ability of your muscles to recognize and support the improvement.

I have written a book to describe the details of the treatment. The specific exercises to do, when to do them, etc.

If you are a chronic back pain sufferer who has been to doctors and chiropractors only to find they can’t help, you may end up treating the pain at home yourself as a last resort.

The sad thing is that you best chance of success comes from what you do on your own. Your body will respond to what you do for it, not to what others do and certainly not to any pill. Treating yourself at home should really be your first choice.

If you search the web, you will find a lot of varied advice on what to do. Most of it involves exercise of one kind or another. The exercises are not difficult to do and can give you some relief. Extension exercise is first aid for an aching back.

But that doesn’t really address the cause. Doctors can’t cure your back pain because they don’t teach you correct posture on your first visit. Until you have corrected your postural problems you cannot get long term relief because your spine will remain in an unnatural position.

The first step in treating your chronic back pain at home is to correct your posture. It’s not that hard, but you must understand exactly what it is you are doing. Good posture is more than sitting and standing with you back straight.

Good posture is the maintenance of the lumbar lordosis. That is the inward curve of your lower spine. Your challenge in achieving correct posture is in keeping that curve as close to its natural state as possible.

Here’s how to find your natural curve. Sit in a chair and slouch forward. You have just lost your lordosis and are at one extreme. Note what it feels like.

Then, over correct your slouch by extending you back and creating as big a curve as you can, without strain. That is excessive lordosis, the other extreme.

Your correct lordosis is in the middle of those two extremes, give or take a little bit. Your body will tell you.

Your job is not to sit and stand straight, it is to maintain the proper curvature of the lumbar spine. The longer you are able to maintain it, and it will take some thought and time, the quicker your back pain will subside. Even if you do nothing else.

One funny thing will happen if you are moving in the right direction. Your spine will feel rubbery and you may get a little muscle soreness. Just like working out with weights, the muscles that are supposed to be supporting your lordosis have been on vacation and are getting sore now that they are being used again.

Take it as a sign of progress and know that it will go away in a day or two. Most likely your back pain will as well.
