Low Back Pain Articles Helping you find relief from chronic back pain

Low Back Pain Is Not A Medical Problem

At this stage of history, we are born in a hospital and from the time we are old enough to understand TV we are told to go to the doctor for anything and everything, including low back pain and the common cold.

We are suggestively sold over priced and dangerous prescription drugs for non existent problems through repeated television advertisements that change tone and volume when the deadly side effects are covered.

Yet the same medical and pharmaceutical industries who endlessly pound these things into the collective thought process are directly responsible for the deaths of over 700,000 people a year. Those are all people who would have lived if they had only stayed home.

In Feb. 2009, my father became a victim of the deadly side effects of a new blood pressure medication his so-called “doctor” wanted to “try“. The doctors are quite aware that the side effects will not happen to them, so what’s the big deal if death is included among them.

For the vast majority of doctors, the only weapon they possess are these potentially deadly drugs. In most cases, the treatment is worse than the problem. So to help you avoid the risk, I submit to you for thought that back pain is not a medical issue. Millions will testify to the fact that the doctors cannot cure back pain.

There is nothing that a doctor can fix in the vast majority of back pain cases, and 100% of those not caused by traumatic injury or accident. What I cannot answer is why people continue to go to the doctor when their back hurts.

Listen to your body. It is asking for your help, not some drug that will work against it so you can continue to be lazy. There is nothing else a doctor can give you. Covering up the problem will only make it worse down the road.

What your body really needs and wants is a little bit of exercise that will undo the damage you have allowed to occur over time. It wants you to fix the damage that causes the pain so it can stop hurting you.

Only you can give your body what it needs. By treating back pain as a medical problem and leaving it in the hands of a doctor, your risk your life for something that offers no benefits.

It is your body. It is your pain. And it is your responsibility to take the corrective measures to heal the first and end the second. All it takes are simple extension and flexing exercises, some mild inversion if possible, and an exercise to strengthen your back to support the corrections.

It’s so easy a doctor could do it. But only if it were his pain.
